My Services
Telephone / Video Consultation
£125 - up to 60 minutes
A focused consultation for a specific garden question or problem, without the need for an on-site visit.
You can send photographs and background information in advance, allowing me to understand the area and make the best use of our time together.
This could include advice on planting, a difficult border or exposed area, or deciding what to retain, change or remove.
Following the consultation, you will have clear, practical advice and a way forward
On-site Garden Consultation
£225 - approximately 90 minutes
A focused consultation in your own garden, giving you experienced, practical advice on the areas where you need help.
We can look at planting, problem areas, layout, seasonal priorities or how to make better use of your garden you already have.
During the visit, we can walk through the garden together, discuss your ideas and identify practical next steps.
Ideal for new homeowners getting to know their garden, gardens that need fresh direction, or anyone who would value independent professional advice before making changes.
Includes a brief follow-up email summarising the key recommendations and next steps.
Garden Review and Recommendations
From £395
For gardens that have become tired, overgrown or simply no longer work as well as they should.
I will look at the garden as a whole - what is worth retaining, what needs attention, where problems are developing and where changes would make the greatest difference.
Following the consultation, I will provide clear written recommendations covering the main issues discussed and practical priorities for improving the garden.
This is particularly useful if you know your garden needs attention but are unsure where to begin, or want experienced, independent advice before committing to significant work.
Includes written recommendations following the visit
Garden Review and Phased Plan
From £595
For gardens where improvements need to be considered as part of a bigger picture, but where doing everything at once may be neither practical nor desireable.
I will review the garden as a whole, identifying what is worth retaining, what needs attention and where changes will make the greatest difference.
Following the consultation, I will provide a clear, phased plan setting out priorities and a sensible order for the work, allowing improvements to be undertaken gradually over time.
This can be particularly useful when taking on a new property, bringing a neglected garden back under control, or planning improvements around available time and budget.
Includes a written phased plan following the visit.
Established and Country Gardens
From £750
For larger, established or country gardens where decisions need to take account of the character of the property, existing planting and the wider landscape.
I will review the garden as a whole, looking at its structure, planting, problem areas and opportunities, as well as what is worth retaining, and where thoughtful changes could make the biggest difference.
Advice can include planting and border improvements, difficult and neglected areas, longer-term priorities and how to develop the garden without losing the character that makes it special.
Following the consultation, I will provide detailed written recommendations to give you a clear direction for the garden and a practical basis for future improvements.
Includes detailed written recommendations following the visit
Ongoing Garden Advice
From £150 per visit - approximately 60 minutes
For clients who would value professional advice throughout the year as their garden develops and changes.
Regular or occasional visits can help with seasonal priorities, planting decisions, future improvements and deciding what needs attention next.
This service can be tailored to the garden and may be particularly useful following one of my consultation or garden review services, providing continuity as recommendations are put into pratice.
Visits can be arranged as required - whether seasonally, at key stages of a project, or simply when you value an experienced second opinion.
Available to existing clients following an initial consultation.
